Very Good
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with a nice view. The location was good, very close to all main attractions.
1) Wifi never worked in our room. The staff tried fixing it but it never worked. Appreciate the attempt to fix it but based on previous reviews it looks like an ongoing issue. 2) There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. This is a big inconvenience. You can get it at the receptionist area but for that you have to go downstairs. A cup of tea costs 1.5€ there.

Best value for the price
Very nice and modern hotel in perfect location, less than 5 minutes from the main plaza and nearby the cathedral. The room was really nice and comfortable, especially the big bathroom. There is no breakfast in this hotel. The stuff were very nice and warm welcomed.
